Prior to listing your home Anna undertakes a thorough Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) taking into account repairs, improvements, property size, features and amenities.

With an analysis of recently sold comparable properties and a list of comparable properties currently on the market, usually a realistic price band is predicted.

Although Anna assesses your home in a value range for the ‘average purchaser’, the aim is always to achieve the highest value possible.
